I. Background
China is currently undergoing a period of rapid development and profound transformation, with scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading serving as the core driving forces propelling the nation forward.
In this process, the importance of talent has been elevated to an unprecedented strategic height. To better implement the strategies of science and education for national development and talent-driven national strength, and in active response to the central government’s decisions and deployments on talent work, China has vigorously promoted talent subsidy programs. By providing research project funding, we support talent in conducting cutting-edge research and overcoming technical bottlenecks; by distributing living allowances and one-time relocation fees, we help talent address their living concerns and fully dedicate themselves to their work.
