Job Description

I. Research Directions
1. Brain Information Bioimaging
Explore novel cross-scale whole-brain imaging technologies to enhance imaging resolution and sensitivity, enabling high-precision visualization of brain structure and function. This research provides critical evidence for brain function analysis and the early diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders.
2. Decoding Neural Activity Information
Employing advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and models, decoding neural activity information from multi-modal signals such as electroencephalography (EEG) and brain imaging, deeply analyzing the working principles and neural mechanisms of the brain, and developing visual information processing and communication technologies inspired by neural encoding mechanisms to open up new horizons for neuroscience research and applications.
3. Brain-Computer Interface Systems and Medical Applications
Studying the signal encoding mechanisms between neurons, developing effective physical/chemical neural modulation technologies, and integrating intelligent algorithms to develop novel brain-computer interface systems, providing new strategies and transformative technologies for brain science research and the treatment of neurological disorders.
4. Brain-inspired intelligent chips and systems
Utilizing emerging materials and devices, developing brain-inspired intelligent chips and systems to achieve multi-channel, long-term, low-power intelligent acquisition, processing, and wireless transmission of biological brain electrical signals, providing new hardware technologies for brain electrical signal research and other neuroscience studies.
5. Biomedical Artificial Intelligence
Combine artificial intelligence technology with brain imaging and neural information processing to design novel intelligent model architectures for automatic image analysis and diagnosis, as well as brain network reconstruction, driving the intelligent development of brain networks and medical imaging technologies.

II. Recruitment Requirements
1. Hold or be about to obtain a doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, electronics and information, computer science, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, physics, materials science, medical imaging, or related fields. Age generally not exceeding 35 years old; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered up to 40 years old.
2. Possess a solid foundation in professional knowledge and strong research capabilities, with high-quality academic papers published as the first author in related fields.
3. Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be capable of conducting independent research.
4. Demonstrate a strong interest in brain-machine intelligent imaging, brain-inspired intelligent computing, and bio-communication fields, along with innovative thinking and an exploratory spirit.

III. Compensation and Benefits
01 Competitive base salary during the postdoctoral period, with dynamic salary adjustments based on research achievements. Eligible for the same research rewards as hospital staff. Postdoctoral researchers are provided with apartment housing or housing subsidies during their tenure.
