Job Description

I. Eligibility Criteria
1. Hold a doctoral degree, with the degree awarded no more than three years prior;
2. Be no older than 35 years of age, with excellent academic and moral character, and in good health;
3. Have experience in basic medical research, proficiency in routine techniques such as Western Blot (WB) and RT-PCR, and demonstrate strong research capabilities and promising academic potential.

II. Compensation and Benefits
1. Salary and benefits are provided in accordance with the relevant regulations of Wenzhou Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital, including provincial living allowances, postdoctoral guidance allowances, social insurance, housing provident fund, relocation allowance, housing subsidy, and research startup funds (with benefits starting at one million yuan during the postdoctoral period);
2. Postdoctoral fellows who perform exceptionally well in their exit evaluations will receive an additional reward of 100,000 yuan from the hospital;
3. Support is provided for applying for various postdoctoral science funds and National Natural Science Foundation grants.
