Job Description

I. Recruitment Target: Global doctoral students

II. Recruitment Majors:
Doctoral graduates in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, power engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, materials chemistry, automation control, computer mathematics, and basic science.

III. Business Domain Introduction
1. Engines: Engaged in the research and development and technological innovation of internal combustion engine products, including but not limited to product planning, product design, simulation research, product development, technical research, application development, testing, and inspection.
2. New Energy: Engage in the research and development and industrialization of new energy powertrains and core components (batteries, motors, and electronic control systems), including product design and development, control strategy development, technical research, application development, aftermarket product research and development, testing and evaluation, and industrial design.
3. Future Technologies: Engage in breakthroughs in business technologies and product research and development related to solid oxide fuel cells, solid-state lithium batteries, and electric drive systems.
4. Electronic Control: Responsible for the development of electronic control systems for engines, transmissions, new energy powertrains, motors, power batteries, fuel cells, hydraulic equipment, smart agriculture, etc. (including algorithms, software, hardware, vehicle-cloud collaboration platforms, and toolchains).
5. Digital Intelligence: Engage in process digital intelligence construction, data governance and analysis, data security technology R&D, software development toolchain technology research, big data platform construction, artificial intelligence technology engineering implementation, IT infrastructure and information system intelligent operation and maintenance technology R&D, information security system construction, and digital intelligence planning.
6. Artificial Intelligence: Responsible for research and product application of general artificial intelligence, generative AI (large models), and intelligent driving algorithms, as well as the development of artificial intelligence toolchains.
7. Hydraulic Transmission and Control: Primarily responsible for the design, development, testing, and matching of high-end hydraulic piston pumps, hydraulic piston motors, hydraulic multi-way valves, CVT transmissions, and other products.
8. Intelligent Manufacturing: Focuses on three main business lines—product development, manufacturing process improvement, and process technology research—to conduct research and development on process technologies for engines, high-end hydraulic components, and new energy.

V. Benefits and Compensation
1. Salary: Starting at 300,000 RMB per year, negotiable on a case-by-case basis
