Job Description
I. Research Directions
1. Exploration of the anticancer and chronic disease treatment effects of active components in traditional Chinese medicine and their pharmacological mechanisms;
2. Analysis of the biosynthetic pathways of active components in traditional Chinese medicine and construction of molecular regulatory networks;
3. Pharmacodynamic evaluation of active peptides in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and analysis of their target sites and mechanisms;
4. Clinical systems biology research on innovative anticancer drugs.
II. Job Positions and Benefits
1. Recruitment Majors: Neuropharmacology, molecular pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, biomedical engineering, medicinal chemistry (including traditional Chinese medicine chemistry), organic synthesis, bioinformatics, traditional Chinese medicine, and other related majors or interdisciplinary fields.
2. Job Requirements
01 Law-abiding, excellent academic performance, physically and mentally healthy; good academic background, with a certain research foundation and potential for further development;
02 Hold a PhD degree for no more than three years or be a recent PhD graduate, under 35 years of age, and able to engage in full-time postdoctoral research;
03 Possess a strong academic background and research foundation, with significant potential for development and a collaborative spirit;
04 Specialization must align with the research group’s requirements and be able to engage in full-time postdoctoral research;
05 Possess the ability to independently initiate and complete research projects, have published academic papers, and those with experience in grant applications are preferred.
3. Compensation and Benefits
01 Annual salary of 300,000 RMB + research performance bonuses + employer contributions to social insurance and housing provident fund;
02 The research group provides research startup funds and necessary office and laboratory space for research activities;

05 The institution reserves civil service positions to select outstanding postdoctoral fellows for retention upon completion of their program, eligible for a 400,000 RMB postdoctoral retention subsidy in Hangzhou and a 1,000,000 RMB housing subsidy upon application for Hangzhou City Category D talent status.
4. National-level Postdoctoral Talent Project Awardees
In addition to the above benefits, during their tenure, their annual salary will be increased to 400,000–500,000 yuan, with an additional 500,000 yuan in research funding allocated. They will be included in the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Special Research Assistant Position System. Upon completion of their postdoctoral program, they will be directly retained at the institute (civil service position) and enjoy the same benefits as talent recruitment (settlement allowance, research startup funding, etc.), and will be recommended to apply for national-level young talent projects (with separate quotas).
