Job Description

I. Job Vacancy
1. Number of positions available: 1 postdoctoral researcher.
2. Eligibility criteria: Applicants must be no older than 35 years of age; they must be either 2025 full-time doctoral graduates or domestic or international doctoral graduates who graduated no more than three years ago.

II. Research Direction
Multiphase numerical simulation, multiphase reactor design

III. Application Requirements
1. Possess excellent political qualities, upright moral character, integrity, diligence in work, good physical and mental health, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
2. Hold a PhD degree in computational fluid dynamics, chemical engineering, artificial intelligence, interfacial physical chemistry, or related fields; have experience in modeling and simulation of multiphase reactors, numerical simulation of multiphase flow and mass transfer, and optimization/design of multiphase reactors. Candidates with experience in developing bubble/droplet/particle coalescence and breakup models and simulations, PBE models, and interfacial force models are preferred; able to engage in full-time postdoctoral research work.
3. Ability to conduct independent research and write academic papers, with excellent English writing and communication skills; applicants who have published high-quality English academic papers are preferred.

IV. Benefits and Compensation
1. During their tenure, postdoctoral researchers will receive the same salary as research assistants in the same position at the institute, including performance-based wages and all other research assistant position wages, as well as variable project allowances.
2. Other benefits: Postdoctoral researchers in residence are eligible for the same medical expense reimbursement policies and union benefits as regular institute staff.
3. The institute actively recommends applications for postdoctoral fellowship programs, the Bo Xin Program, and joint funding projects.
4. Residency registration: Residency registration for postdoctoral researchers is subject to national and Chinese Academy of Sciences regulations.
