Ⅰ. Position: AI Researcher

Ⅱ. Number of Positions: 3

Ⅲ. Location: Yichang, Hubei

Ⅳ. Qualifications
1. PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
2. Solid theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience, with a deep understanding and proficiency in computer vision, speech noise reduction and enhancement, natural language processing, signal processing, neural networks, machine learning, and deep learning. Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SciPy, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Apache Spark, etc.), and the ability to replicate and improve relevant algorithms.
3. Strong research capabilities, with the ability to independently complete feature engineering, modeling, and algorithm design and implementation.
4. Skilled in deploying and fine-tuning large open source models, and proficiency in RAG implementation and optimization.
5. Excellent programming skills, with proficiency in Java, R, Python, C++, and JavaScript. 6. Possess a high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, the ability to work independently, excellent learning ability, a certain level of stress tolerance, and the ability to comply with organizational arrangements;
7. Be in good health, hardworking, outgoing, of good character, and honest and trustworthy;
8. Be politically competent, possess strong political and ideological qualities and professional ethics; Communist Party members are preferred.
9. Priority will be given to candidates with the following experience or skills:
01 Published academic papers in top journals or conferences;
02 Work experience at well-known research institutions or companies;
03 Participated in large-scale AI projects or competitions with outstanding results;
04 Possess multiple invention patents or software copyrights in related fields.

1. Salary: ¥400,000+
2.
