Job Description
I. Research Directions for Recruitment
1. Pathological Mechanisms of Bone-Related Diseases (Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Spinal Degenerative Diseases, etc.): Focusing on the molecular mechanisms of bone metabolic imbalance, key signaling pathways in cartilage degeneration, and epigenetic regulation of stem cell differentiation by mechanical microenvironments (DNA methylation, histone modifications, etc.).
2. Wound healing and immune regulation in difficult-to-heal wounds: Utilizing silicon-based materials, nanoenzyme materials, and peptide hydrogel materials to regulate the immune microenvironment of wounds, promote vascular/nerve regeneration, and balance inflammation and repair. Exploring the repair mechanisms of these materials and their translational applications.
3. Research on smart biomaterials for bone regeneration: Develop novel interactive materials with cell/microenvironment responsiveness and explore their therapeutic effects on spinal cord injury, brain trauma, traumatic bone injury, and avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
4. AI-assisted precision orthopedic diagnosis and treatment: Apply deep learning to imaging diagnosis, surgical planning, and robot-assisted procedures; explore AI-assisted new drug development and prediction of orthopedic diseases.
5. Research on the repair mechanisms and clinical translation of peripheral nerve injury in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
